What is Receipt Zen?
Receipt Zen is a receipt scanner and expense tracker for iPhone and Android. Scan a receipt with your camera and AI reads the store, date, total and tax, so you can see where your money goes without spreadsheets.
Can I track income as well as expenses?
Yes. Add your income next to your expenses and see spending, income and your net balance for every month, with the change from the month before. You can filter any list by All, Expenses or Income.
Does Receipt Zen work without an internet connection?
You can add receipts and income without a connection. They are saved on your phone and synced automatically as soon as you are back online.
What notifications does Receipt Zen send?
Only what you choose: reminders to add your receipts, a check-in if you have been away, a weekly summary of your spending, and a message when your year in receipts is ready. Switch each kind off, or all of them, in Profile, Settings, Notifications.
What are achievements and Your Year in Receipts?
Keep a weekly streak and earn badges as you track your money. In December, Your Year in Receipts looks back at your year in swipeable cards that you can share as a picture.
Can I see my spending on the home screen?
Yes. Add a Receipt Zen widget and choose what it shows for the current month: spending, income or your balance.
