Notification settings — A new Notifications section in Profile → Settings with a main switch and a switch for each kind of message: reminders to add receipts, a "We miss you" check-in, and the weekly summary.

In-app banner — If the app is open when a notification arrives, it shows as a banner at the top of any screen instead of being lost.
•
Straight to the right screen — Tapping a notification opens the screen it is about: Home for reminders, Analytics for the weekly summary.
🔧 Improvements

A smoother launch on iPhone: the app now opens on a green screen with the white receipt mark, like on Android, instead of a white flash with a green square
•
A short explanation comes before the system permission dialog, so you know what the notifications are for before you answer
•
Notification switches changed while offline are saved and synced automatically when the connection returns
•
Signing out stops notifications for your account on that device
•
On Android, notifications have their own "Reminders and summaries" channel with a description of why you receive them, shown in the system notification settings

Notifications
Three kinds of messages, all optional, and you choose which ones you want.

Reminders to add receipts — in your first days, if you have not added a receipt yet
•
"We miss you" — if you have not opened the app for a week or more
•
Weekly summary — on Sunday evening, how much you spent
•
Find them in Profile → Settings → Notifications: a main switch plus a switch per kind, each with a short explanation
•
Turning everything off takes one tap on the main switch
•
Texts follow the app language (English and Russian)
Permission and phone settings
Notifications start only when you say so.
•
The first time, a short sheet explains what you would get. "Not now" keeps the system dialog for later, and the offer is repeated after 7 days, at most twice
•
If notifications are off in the phone settings, the section explains it and offers "Open phone settings"
•
When you come back from the phone settings, the app notices the change by itself
When the app is open
A notification does not get lost while you are in the app.
•
It appears as a banner at the top with a title and text
•
Close it with the cross, swipe it up, or let it go away after 8 seconds
•
One banner at a time: a new one replaces the old one
•
Tap the banner to go where a tap on the system notification would take you
