Version 1.3.0
LatestReleased: October 2026
Track the money you earn as well as the money you spend, see what is left every month, keep a weekly streak and earn badges, and in December look back at your year in receipts.
🎉
New Features
•
Income tracking — Add the money you earn next to your expenses with the new "Add income" option. Every month now shows your spending, your income and what is left.
•
Income and balance in analytics — Month cards show Spent, Income and the net balance, with the change from the month before. The month screen is split into a Spent and an Income section, each with its own breakdown.
•
Filter by type — Switch any receipts list between All, Expenses and Income. The list shows a Spent and an Income total for what you see.
•
Achievements — A weekly streak and badges for keeping up with your receipts and your income. Find them in Profile → Achievements, with a quick look on the Home screen.
•
Your Year in Receipts — From 20 December, a recap of your year in swipeable cards that you can share as a picture, and a notification when it is ready.
•
Widgets, your choice — Each home screen widget now shows spending, income or your balance, as you pick.

Improvements
•
One form for expenses and income, with Expense and Income tabs at the top, and a way to turn an entry from one into the other
•
Adding income counts toward your weekly streak and earns its own badges
•
The Home month card shows Spent, Income and the balance with the change from last month
•
A more compact receipts list header: the number of records is an icon with a count, and the totals use the same icons as the cards
•
Badges you have not earned yet show how far along you are, for example 7/10, and a tap opens what earns them
•
The Year in Receipts has a card for your income and balance, kept private: it cannot be shared
🐛
Bug Fixes
•
Fixed: deleting a receipt by swipe without a connection did nothing and said nothing. It now waits and is applied when you are back online
•
Fixed: the receipts list could keep loading after changes made offline were synced
•
Fixed: achievement cards in a row had different heights, and the badge description sheet was a narrow strip on iPhone

Feature Details
Income
Record what comes in the same way you record what goes out.
•
Open the add menu and choose "Add income", or switch to the Income tab in the form
•
Each income has a source, date, amount, category and payment method, and can carry notes and attachments
•
The payment method is required, like for an expense
•
Made a mistake? Turn an entry from expense into income, or back, without entering it again
•
Works offline: income is queued and synced when the connection returns
•
Income categories are separate from expense categories, so the category filter follows the type you pick
Analytics
Spending, income and balance side by side.
•
Month cards show Spent on the left and Income on the right, with the change from the previous month and a Net balance badge
•
Months with income only are shown too, with no spending
•
The month screen has Net on top, then a Spent section and an Income section, each with its own total, breakdowns and a button that opens its records
•
A month without income looks as it always did
Achievements
A small reward for keeping up.
•
A weekly streak: add a receipt or an income every week. One missed week is forgiven, so a busy week does not reset it
•
Badges for milestones, with the date you earned them; the ones you have not earned show what earns them and how far you are
•
Earned badges come first, the newest on top
•
The Home screen shows your streak and a few badges at a glance
•
Tap a badge to read its description and when you earned it
Your Year in Receipts
A look back, ready at the end of the year.
•
From 20 December to the end of January a banner on Home opens the recap, when there is something to show
•
Swipeable cards: the year in two numbers, your biggest month, where the money went, your favourite store and biggest receipt, your streak and badges, and a comparison with last year
•
A card appears only if there is something to say, so a short year has fewer cards, not empty ones
•
Share the card you are looking at as a picture with a caption
•
A notification tells you when it is ready, and it has its own switch in Notifications settings
Widgets
Put the number you care about on your home screen.
•
Choose Spending, Income or Net (income minus spending) when you add a widget, and change it later from the widget settings
•
The receipt count widget counts receipts or income records
•
Widgets you already have keep showing spending
•
On iPhone, choosing what a widget shows needs iOS 17 or newer
